Andrew Salveson, PE, is a Vice President at Carollo Engineers and is an internationally recognized expert in water reuse treatment and regulations. With 29 years of environmental consulting experience, he provides guidance and expertise on potable reuse and reclaimed water purification. His projects span the United States and he has provided expert support on projects in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

Salveson has been working on reclaimed water purification and potable reuse projects ranging from less than 1 mgd to more than 200 mgd since 1998. He was named the WateReuse Association Person of the Year in 2007 and awarded the Bahman Sheikh Memorial Award for Innovation and Vision in 2022.

Salveson is a licensed engineer in California, New Mexico, and Texas. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University and an MS in Water and Wastewater Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
