Andy Campbell, PG, CHG, is the Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s (IEUA) Groundwater Recharge Coordinator and Hydrogeologist. He manages daily operation and maintenance of the Chino Basin Recycled Groundwater Recharge Program including the startup and testing for all its recycled water recharge sites. As a Hydrogeologist, he reviews recharge master plan projects and prepares Santa Ana River Watermaster and program compliance reports. He also works with IEUA’s engineering and planning staff in the development and construction of new recharge facilities and upgrades to existing facilities.  

  

Mr. Campbell is a California Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist and has served on several expert panels including one that is considering recycled water recharge regulations in California and with several recycled water projects in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Mr. Campbell earned his BS in Geology from Cal Poly Pomona.
